YOUNG INVESTIGATOR ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Young investigators are strongly encouraged to submit abstracts for oral or poster presentations. The Reviewing Committee judges abstracts based on the Abstract Reviewing Criteria as shown above.
Young Investigator status for prizes and reduced registration is conditional on meeting Young Investigator Criteria: Young Investigators must be under 35, and a student or currently enrolled in a PhD or other academic program, post-doctoral fellow, medical intern or engineer, as well as research fellows, lecturers (MCU), hospital practitioner (PH), and assistant professors (MCU-PH), promoted within the last year as of the date of the conference. Please provide a confirmation signed by the head of department at the moment of your registration to icanseries(at)ican-institute.org. Confirmations handed in a later stage cannot be considered.
Poster Display Guidelines

Posters should not be larger than A0 size (84.1 cm wide x 118.9 cm tall)

Oversized posters cannot be accommodated

Laminate your poster if possible for greater durability
If at all possible, bring your poster with you rather than shipping it to the venue to avoid potential shipping delays and additional handling fees. If you do ship your poster to the venue, please address your poster to yourself as a guest.
